(MIRAMAR), a privately-held, Pasadena, California-based company, to engineer strategic global licensing opportunities based on the company’s prestigious automotive brands Car and Driver and Road & Track. 

    CAR AND DRIVER and ROAD & TRACK, two of the world’s most recognized automotive magazine brands with a combined audience of over 16 million readers of the print monthlies and millions more on the web sites,  will combine with MIRAMAR’S success in leveraging brand equities  to provide an exclusive range of CAR AND DRIVER and ROAD & TRACK products to include clothing, automotive accessories, jumper cables, oil, car organizers, mats, snow chains, tool boxes, sunglasses, emergency kits, stereo equipment, radar detectors, wiper blades and more.
